By completing a booking you have agreed to the following terms:
- Each booking reserves one place and one time pass to the attraction on your visit. One invoice can include more than booking.
- Customer need to arrive before 10 minutes of their start time.
- any customer who arrives after the start time will have no guarantee to access the attraction, but anyway company will try best efforts without guaranty to find access but access will be only in the same time slot of customer’s booking.
- When customer shows after his booking time slot, then there will be no guarantee at all that he will have access. Opportunity to have access in this case is very low.
- Refunds to be given only before 48 hours of start time.
- Company will not be responsible to any injury or accident resulted directly or indirectly of using the reservation. Customer is trying the ride under his/her own responsibility.
- Before entering in the attraction, it is necessary to understand the instructions and rules for sliding.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the attractions zones.
- Personal belongings are your responsibility. The company holds no responsibility or liability for damage or loss of your goods.
- Below 14 years are not allowed currently to enter slide attraction. If customer book for person below 14 he will not be accepted to enter the slide and refund will be allowed only 24 hours before the reservation.
- The manager on duty has final say on all matters.
- You will receive an invoice with QR code at the end of booking which is compulsory to show at the entrance of attraction.
- Your QR code will be your gate pass.
- Creating Disturbance with other customers in the queue or any other place may lead you out from the attraction zone. No refund will be available.
